TL;DR

Solutions Consultant: Architecting and demonstrating a compensation platform to strategic enterprise clients, focusing on integrating with diverse HRIS ecosystems and data infrastructures. Focus on driving complex sales cycles, conducting technical discovery, and creating compelling proof-of-concept trials.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City, or the United Kingdom. Office attendance required Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Salary: $161,500 – $190,000 OTE

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to drive complex sales cycles.
• Create and present customized product demonstrations of hirify.global’s End to End Compensation Management suite.
• Run compelling proof-of-concept trials with potential customers.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to uncover business pain points and technical requirements.
• Create and present technical proposals, proof-of-concept implementations, and ROI analyses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or similar.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS operating systems (preferably HRTech software).
• Proficiency in integrating and troubleshooting RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.).
• Prior experience in technology sales, startup experience preferred.
• Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
