GSI Partnerships Manager (Conversational AI & Agentic AI): Establish, manage, and expand strategic relationships with global system integrators to accelerate hirify.global's growth in Conversational AI and Agentic AI markets. Focus on aligning platform capabilities, co-developing joint solutions, and driving global activation and consumption growth to unlock scalable revenue streams.

Location: Hybrid in New York City, USA. Must be eligible to work in the USA (E-Verify employer).

Salary: $180,000–$250,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and grow Global System Integrators (GSIs) globally, ensuring consistent activation across regions.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with GSI partners, aligning on market strategy and consumption targets.
  • Drive consumption of hirify.global solutions by embedding AI capabilities into large-scale GSI-led transformation programs.
  • Build co-sell motions and execute joint pursuits with GSIs for end-to-end customer transformation programs.
  • Develop and package joint IP and industry-specific offerings combining hirify.global’s AI with GSI expertise.
  • Influence C-level relationships within GSIs to secure executive sponsorship and strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliance management, partner sales, or GSI relationship management in enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling GSI alliances globally that deliver measurable revenue and market impact.
  • Strong executive network within major GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, etc.).
  • Expertise in Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and Customer Experience transformation.
  • Experience designing joint IP and vertical-specific solutions with GSIs.
  • Strong commercial acumen for building and negotiating joint Go-to-Market agreements and revenue models.
