TL;DR
Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Building awareness and driving demand for an intelligent workflow automation platform within the Public Sector Sales team, with an accent on managing complex transactions and channel partnerships. Focus on prospecting new customers in Federal Civilian Agencies and developing a strong business plan to achieve growth.
Location: Remote, but must be based in the DMV region (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, USA) as in-person meetings and events are regularly required in that region.
Salary: $330K OTE + equity

What you will do
- Build awareness and drive demand for solutions in the Public Sector territory.
- Manage multiple customer opportunities through the sales cycle and close complex transactions.
- Work closely with channel/tech alliances to uncover and progress customer opportunities.
- Actively prospect for outbound leads and nurture inbound lead flow.
- Partner with the Solutions Engineering team throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate across business functions to ensure a world-class customer experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience or Military Comparable.
- Proven track record of sales success with enterprise customers in Federal Civilian Agencies.
- Experience selling a technical SaaS solution to technical stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO, Head of Engineering, DevOps, IT).
- Ability to prospect for outbound leads and build customer demand.
- Familiar working relationship with relevant regional IT channel partners / Tech Alliances.
- Experience in building fresh territories/geo patches from scratch.
