What you will do
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors to develop sales strategy and planning.
- Build and maintain localized dashboards for performance analytics and forecasting.
- Standardize and optimize sales workflows across diverse European regions.
- Serve as the regional administrator for CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and manage the tech stack.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement on regional training and collateral.
- Act as the primary cross-functional liaison between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Legal.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Consulting, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Full professional fluency in English required.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Strong understanding of business cultures, procurement habits, and regulatory environments within the DACH and/or Mediterranean markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
