What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution build for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Translate complex solution designs into robust solution architectures and delivery plans.
• Drive project execution within solution workstreams, coordinating with teams and clients for timely delivery.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and senior internal stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving ambiguities.
• Ensure quality and consistency by reviewing solution designs, build items, and documentation.
• Lead analysis and resolution of complex solution or operational issues, ensuring sustainable fixes.

Requirements

• Degree in economics/finance, mathematics/computer science or similar.
• Work experience with Alternative Investments as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior Consultant from banks, asset managers, insurers or consulting firms.
• Ideally hirify.global Dimension® experience or familiarity with implementing financial software.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with commercial awareness.
• Team spirit and a desire to share knowledge.
• Fluency in English is required.
