Location: Home-office based in the United Kingdom, preferably in the north. Required travel across the UK and some travel to Nordic countries.

What you will do

• Cultivate and manage business relationships with A&E program members and new consultants.
• Support consultants by advising on specifications for Axis network products.
• Proactively educate the consultant community on industry challenges and Axis design tools.
• Define strategy and actions aligned with regional and UK & Ireland goals.
• Align the A&E program with sales teams to build a project pipeline through product specification.
• Collaborate virtually with peers from sales regions worldwide to ensure development and use of best practice.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Articulate with engaging presentation skills.
• Experience developing and executing business plans with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Self-driven, motivated, and creative with a positive attitude.
• Active spokesperson in industry forums and associations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
