What you will do

• Present hirify.global’s technology and vision to executives and technical contributors.
• Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate hirify.global’s value from demo to proof of concept, design, and implementation.
• Create and develop technical champions in accounts to drive deals and achieve technical wins.
• Stay updated on hirify.global technology and confidently present roadmap features and functionality.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve hirify.global’s products.
• Work with ecosystem and implementation partners to build joint architectures and account strategies.

Requirements

• Solution engineering/solution architect experience in a SaaS environment or relevant industry.
• Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Understanding and experience with data architecture, data analytics, and cloud technology.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Ability to solve customer-specific business problems by applying hirify.global’s solutions.
• Customer-facing skills to effectively communicate vision to a wide variety of technical and executive audiences, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• FSI (Financial Services Industry) experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience working with modern data technology (e.g., dbt, spark, containers, devops tooling, orchestration tools, git).
• Experience with AI, data science, and machine learning technologies.
