Lead Solutions Consultant (ERP): Serving as a technical expert within the solution consulting organization, driving technical excellence in fast-moving sales cycles with an accent on creating scalable solutions, guiding solution architecture, and bridging business requirements with technical implementation. Focus on enterprise IT landscapes, complex ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle), and mentoring junior team members.
Location: This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs in London or Boston. For certain roles, we can help with relocation from anywhere in the world to one of our hubs.

What you will do
- Create scalable solutions and provide guidance on solution architecture, especially with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics BC, F&O).
- Translate complex business requirements into technical design for hirify.global’s spend management solution.
- Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, guiding clients through the entire solution lifecycle.
- Lead onboarding, coaching, and continuous development of Solutions Consultants.
- Act as internal subject matter expert on complex ERP integrations and enterprise IT landscapes.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of successful experience in Sales Engineering or Solution Consulting for complex B2B SaaS solutions, with at least 2 years in a lead or mentoring capacity.
- Knowledge of the spend management industry, enterprise accounting processes, global financial controls, and shared service center operations.
- Strong understanding of complex ERP landscapes (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft) and integration architectures (APIs, middleware, SFTP).
- Ability to lead architectural discussions with enterprise IT leaders and present value propositions to C-level executives.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
