What you will do
- Focus on lead generation within the Nordic Market.
- Proactively engage with and reach out to new prospects through various channels.
- Collaborate with assigned Account Executives, handing off qualified prospects.
- Successfully reach monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of work experience preferred; previous SDR/BDR experience is highly advantageous.
- Interest in a career in sales, lead generation, or other customer-facing functions.
- Language fluency in English and Swedish is mandatory.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs, business opportunities, and how hirify.global fits.
- Ability to work with standard software such as Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel (up to 10%).
- This is an onsite role based in London, England, United Kingdom.
