What you will do
- Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities through calling, emailing, and social media.
- Define clients’ underlying business needs, success criteria, and key performance indicators.
- Develop and iterate target lists based on market research, leadership collaboration, and feedback.
- Partner with the sales team on interested prospects, sharing information about key stakeholders and client approach.
- Maintain detailed sales data records through Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- 3+ years of lead generation and/or sales experience in a high-growth business environment, selling SaaS, Human Capital Management, or related HR solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft CRM applications.
- Collaborative with strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools including ZoomInfo, D&B, and Outreach.io.
- Native-level proficiency in German (spoken and written).
