TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Legal AI): Growing hirify.global’s customer base by consulting prospective clients on hirify.global's Suite offerings with an accent on qualifying leads, creating awareness of products, and setting up demonstrations. Focus on developing fundamental sales skills, understanding customer needs, and documenting sales activities in Salesforce.

Location: Hybrid work environment for local hirify.globalns based in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, and Sydney, with an expectation to be in the office minimum twice per week.

Salary: Expected new hire base pay is 52,500 CAD yearly.

What you will do

  • Work Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across all segments and develop qualifying skills for both cold and warm leads.
  • Collaborate directly with Account Executives to create qualified sales opportunities.
  • Create awareness of, boost interest in, and set up demonstrations of hirify.global's product.
  • Build an understanding of assigned territory/segment, develop unique solutions to uncover prospects and create leads.
  • Understand customers' practice areas, competitive differentiators, technical requirements, and demonstrate hirify.global's value proposition.
  • Document all sales activities in Salesforce and meet daily KPIs.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience or transferable experience, including cold-calling.
  • Knowledge and passion for technology and cloud-based products.
  • A competitive mindset and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.

Nice to have

  • Sales experience and training at a leading tech/IT company.
  • Experience at a SaaS company.
