HR – People Operations Partner EMEA

The Role
Adyen is hiring a People Operations Partner EMEA to join the Global HR Innovations Team in Amsterdam.
In this role, you will help deliver a seamless employee experience across the EMEA region while contributing to globally scalable HR operations with strong local relevance. You’ll collaborate closely with Legal, Payroll, IT, HRBPs, People Analytics, and People Technology to continuously elevate operational clarity and efficiency.
This role reports to the Head of Global People Operations and is office-based in Amsterdam.
What You’ll Do
— Execute and support operational HR frameworks that drive efficiency and strong employee experience
— Act as a key point of contact for People Operations cases across EMEA
— Partner with Legal, Payroll, IT, HRBPs, and stakeholders globally to ensure seamless delivery of people processes
— Drive process improvement and transformation initiatives using data and technology
— Identify scalability opportunities across global HR operations
— Maintain a continuous optimization mindset to enhance compliance, clarity, and operational excellence
What You Bring
— 6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles
— Experience managing HR operations across multiple European locations
— Strong understanding of EMEA compliance landscapes
— Experience in HR compliance, employee lifecycle management, and case management best practices
— Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
— Proven track record of improving HR processes through structured projects
— High attention to detail and integrity when handling sensitive matters
— Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, global environments
