What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and support payroll operations for France and international subsidiaries.
• Act as the operational backbone for People Partners, solving complex cases and bridging strategic initiatives with execution.
• Structure and document People Operations processes, identifying automation opportunities and building empowering tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Strong knowledge of French labor law and People compliance, including collective bargaining agreements.
• Process architect mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Technologically curious and adaptable, leveraging AI for workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken).
