What you will do

• Own monitoring of post-sales SME delivery programs, including milestones, dependencies, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with CSMs, GRC SMEs, and Product to unblock customer outcomes and ensure consistent execution.
• Standardize and scale playbooks for framework mapping, evidence expectations, and common customer patterns to reduce time-to-value.
• Continuously monitor delivery against KPIs and develop new ones to optimize and mature services for customers.
• Enable new SMEs and CSMs on program migration processes and internal mechanisms.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Program management and stakeholder leadership experience at scale, including generating communications for leadership and identifying program risk.
• GRC/audit fluency with functional knowledge of inputs/outputs into a successful GRC program.
• Strong organization, communication, and prioritization skills, including attention to detail and ability to work independently/virtually.
• Open to using AI to amplify skills, demonstrating curiosity and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly.
