What you will do
- Identify and nurture opportunities, build pipeline, and close short-term Cloud monthly contracts.
- Develop a strategic Enterprise business with complex sales cycles.
- Evangelize hirify.global’s vision and secure strategic commercial commitments.
- Take a solution-based approach to selling, delivering clear business value.
- Manage customer details, including use cases, timelines, and forecasting within Salesforce.
- Contribute to the hirify.global ecosystem by engaging in local developer meetups and community events.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional resources to drive successful outcomes.
- Expertise in aligning cloud solutions with customer business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud and infrastructure software is required, with a preference for open source software business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong business and technical acumen.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven record of delivering results in fast-moving environments.
- Experience working effectively in a remote-first, global organization.
- Prior success selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers.
