What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle within a strategic territory.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Engineering.
- Showcase the business value of the hirify.global DSS platform.
- Develop a "vision match" with prospects and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Manage and evolve a partner-driven GTM model as part of a high-touch sales strategy.
- Articulate competitive positioning and value differentiation.
Requirements
- At least 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise software field sales.
- Proven track record of closing $1M+ ARR deals and managing complex platform sales.
- Expertise in AI, Analytics, Data Science, BI/DW, or Data Integration.
- Rigorous execution in Salesforce management, pipeline generation, and deal progression.
- Fluency in Dutch and French is required.
- Ability to travel 30% to 50% as required by the business.
