What you will do
- Own and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities within the US market, driving new ARR.
- Execute full-cycle sales processes from discovery through contract close for hirify.global Cloud and Enterprise Edition.
- Rigorously qualify opportunities, build clear close plans, and maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions and Customer Engineering to support evaluations, POCs, and production readiness.
- Navigate technical, security, legal, and procurement stakeholders with confidence.
- Convert Product-Led Growth (PLG) and inbound demand into larger production and enterprise deployments.
Requirements
- Proven experience closing mid-market and enterprise software deals in the US.
- Strong background selling developer-focused, infrastructure, or data platforms (e.g., databases, cloud services, dev tools, platform software).
- Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with technical buyers.
- Comfort working with engineers, architects, and platform teams as primary buyers.
- A disciplined approach to qualification, forecasting, and deal execution.
- Experience working in a scaling startup or high-growth environment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling databases, open-source software, or cloud-native platforms.
- Familiarity with AWS-based deployments or cloud marketplaces.
- Exposure to PLG-to-sales or hybrid sales motions.
