What you will do

• Demonstrate a deep understanding and promote hirify.global AI and cloud solutions.
• Own and grow your territory in the MEA region, maintaining a strategic plan.
• Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders and position AI/cloud solutions to address client challenges.
• Lead contract negotiations with C-suite executives, securing deals that meet revenue targets.
• Represent hirify.global AI at regional industry events, webinars, and customer meetings.
• Forecast with accuracy and progress deals through the Salesforce sales process.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure, with a clear hunter track record.
• Native fluency in Arabic and fluent in English.
• Comfortable selling cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI solutions, and related technologies.
• Strong commercial acumen, including value mapping, negotiation, and multiyear deals.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to travel as needed.
