Sales Manager (HR Tech, SaaS): Leading and managing a sales team for SaaS-based HR offerings with an accent on achieving revenue targets and pipeline management. Focus on prospecting, nurturing business relationships, and providing market feedback within a hyper-growth startup environment.

Location: Hybrid, based in London, United Kingdom. Temporary remote work from anywhere in the world for up to 2 months is available after 6 months of employment.

What you will do

  • Manage, grow, train, and lead a sales team, driving sales activities for SaaS-based offerings.
  • Achieve annual sales team quota and quarterly targets, delivering regional bookings goals via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing.
  • Manage prospective customer relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Forecasting and pipeline management, tracking customer information and providing continuous forecast accuracy through Salesforce.
  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities and perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline.
  • Discuss and invoke conversation around needs and pains in the HR tech space with customers, targeting key decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Proven success in leading and managing a team of Account Executives for a SaaS-based organization.
  • Experience as a successful sales executive, preferably within a hyper-growth SaaS company.
  • Extensive knowledge of the HR industry, workflows, and processes.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodology or a Value based sales approach.
  • Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets.
  • Able to be resourceful and motivate teams towards success.
  • Exceptional ability to effectively communicate and influence.

Nice to have

  • Past experience within the HR tech space and/or HR-tech products is beneficial.
