Social & Influencer Manager (E-commerce): Owning and evolving organic social and influencer strategy across multiple platforms for a fashion brand with an accent on driving measurable engagement, traffic, and revenue contribution. Location: Hybrid working model: 3 days per week at Brighton HQ, 2 days remote

What you will do
- Own strategic direction and execution of organic social and influencer activity across multiple platforms.
- Develop platform strategies to grow audience, engagement, traffic, and affiliate revenue contribution.
- Lead the social calendar and ensure cohesive storytelling for drops, launches, and promotions.
- Develop and manage the influencer ecosystem, including gifted, affiliate, and paid partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate brand vision into platform-native expression and protect brand aesthetic.
- Partner with the Head of E-Commerce to ensure social and influencer activity contributes to commercial targets.
- Lead and develop the social and influencer team, setting clear KPIs and direction.
Requirements
- Experience owning social and influencer strategy within a fashion, lifestyle, or culturally-led brand.
- Demonstrated success growing organic platforms and influencer programmes.
- Experience working with affiliate programmes and performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of social analytics and reporting.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Experience working cross-functionally within an e-commerce business.
- Commercially literate and culturally fluent in alternative fashion and subculture communities.
