What you will do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop and execute hirify.global’s social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice.
- Oversee paid media strategy across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube), managing budgets and optimization.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new features and product launches, developing positioning and messaging.
- Track KPIs across campaigns, paid media, and product initiatives, providing actionable insights.
- Ensure alignment across paid, organic, content, email, and product marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within SaaS, ecommerce, or digital products.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and overseeing paid media budgets.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple channels and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
