TL;DR

Account Executive (Spain): Driving sales and expansion within the Spanish market by qualifying inbound pipeline and managing the sales process for Mid-Market accounts. Focus on achieving weekly KPIs, proactive upsell and expansion with existing customers, and engaging with multi-level stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Regular onsite prospect meetings required.

Salary: €90,340 – €99,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Work with larger Mid-Market accounts, qualifying inbound pipeline and managing the sales process through to close.
  • Collaborate closely with an assigned BDR and supporting teams to generate and win deals.
  • Apply a proven playbook to manage the sales process, including CRM forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Proactively drive upsell and expansion with existing customers and assist with renewals.
  • Participate in industry events and support the global Product Management team in designing features.
  • Manage solution demonstrations with the Presales team and engage with multi-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of consistent achievement across both Business Development and Account Executive roles.
  • Essential experience in a high-growth SaaS sales environment.
  • Proven experience with using a sales methodology to demonstrate and quantify value.
  • Native Spanish speaker and advanced English level.
  • Ability to build business cases adapted to each prospect’s scenario.
  • Highly disciplined with following a sales process, managing time, and CRM.
