What you will do
- Design and execute comprehensive growth strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
- Develop cross-selling and upselling strategies for multiple products and services.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks in the customer journey.
- Build and optimize onboarding experiences that drive user activation.
- Partner with local marketing and data teams to identify opportunities, optimize conversion rates, and build forecasting systems.
- Conduct user experience research, usability testing, and analyze market trends to identify new channels and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Growth, User Acquisition, Inbound Marketing, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end growth strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using funnel analytics, cohorts, and continuous optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing, growth experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
- Skilled at optimizing onboarding flows that boost activation and engagement.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience working with login-based platforms (apps, SaaS, portals, LMS).
- Experience in B2B environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as GA, PowerBI, and Salesforce.
- Experience working with cross-functional or international teams.
