What you will do

• Own lead routing rules and maintain automation to support the lead lifecycle.
• Build and manage dynamic audience & suppression lists for marketing campaigns.
• Monitor email queues and build templatized emails to optimize campaign goals.
• Manage third-party vendors for data, automation, and webinar platforms.
• Own the build and communication of monthly email performance.
• Proactively identify and recommend process improvements in the lead lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience and proficiency in marketing automation tools (i.e., Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo) and CRM (i.e., Salesforce, Dynamics).
• Familiarity with webinar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and cleanliness.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a B2B software company.
