What you will do

• Build, test, and optimize user acquisition campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Google).
• Drive strategy and manage user acquisition agencies and creative production.
• Provide strategic business perspective to product, operations, business development, and sales teams.
• Own and deeply understand KPIs and be accountable for growth goals.
• Drive operational rigor and make key decisions based on data analysis to execute against the growth strategy.

Requirements

• User Acquisition Experience driving Mobile App Installs in the US.
• 2-5 years of experience in mobile user acquisition at scale on a B2C mobile app.
• Experience executing ROI-driven campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google UAC, Apple Search, and Programmatic/DSP buying with annual spend exceeding $300K.
• Highly analytical, ability to implement A/B tests, build growth forecasts, and regression testing.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ad attribution platforms / measurement partners like Adjust or Appsflyer.
• Familiarity with ad creative design formats and best practices for online marketing platforms.
