What you will do
- Optimize and scale performance across core ad channels, job board placements, and acquisition workflows.
- Build, launch, and manage new ad campaigns and content across paid channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google ecosystem).
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creative, audience targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to develop creative assets that drive engagement.
- Support the provider referral program, monitoring funnel performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards, delivering strategic recommendations to optimize budget allocation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and growth operations.
- Strong proficiency in Meta and LinkedIn advertising required (healthcare and/or two-sided platform experience a plus).
- Analytical rigor with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience navigating a Martech stack; leveraging existing tools and identifying gaps for new vendors (HubSpot, Looker, Tableau experience a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset; taking initiative and building in ambiguous environments.
- Comfort with AI tools for marketing operations (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and eagerness to integrate them into daily workflows.
