What you will do

• Drive business results by generating new unconventional ideas, testing hypotheses, and analyzing performance.
• Lead R&D by identifying, developing, and testing new marketing and product "angles" through competitor, quantitative, and qualitative research.
• Build an A/B testing system in collaboration with analytics and engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to continuously improve acquisition strategy.
• Conduct market research and constantly generate new ideas and hypotheses.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or product roles.
• A mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and structured execution to turn bold ideas into working tools.
• Strong analytical mindset, enjoying working with data, spotting patterns, and drawing conclusions.
• Ability to generate high-quality ideas and hypotheses quickly.
• Strong understanding of users and behavioral psychology.
• Comfort working in uncertainty, fast learning, and adaptability.
• English level: B2+.
