Junior Business Development Manager (SMB): Scaling hirify.global's presence in Italy by owning the full sales cycle across inbound and outbound opportunities with an accent on building strong, trusted relationships and understanding growth challenges. Focus on refining sales playbooks, ICPs, and go-to-market messaging for the local market while being part of a core Italian Growth pod based in Berlin.

Location: Must be based in our Berlin HQ, focusing on the Italian SMB market. Opportunity to help shape the future setup of our Milan office.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to closing partnerships with Italian SMB brands.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with founders, influencers, and operations leaders.
  • Actively contribute to scaling hirify.global’s presence in Italy by refining sales playbooks and messaging.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product to improve lead quality and customer experience.
  • Be part of a core Italian Growth pod based in the Berlin HQ.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B Sales experience (>1 year), ideally for complex products in SaaS, logistics, e-commerce, or operations.
  • Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured approach to sales.
  • Ambitious with a growth mindset.
  • Team-oriented and supportive.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken).
