Senior Creative Strategist (AI): Developing creative briefs and campaign strategies that drive measurable results across a hybrid PLG/SLG business model with an accent on connecting audience insight to creative output, iterating on frameworks, and optimizing with performance data. Focus on translating business objectives into compelling creative strategies and leveraging AI-powered tools for workflow enhancement.

Location: London, UK. Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office required.

What you will do

  • Develop creative briefs and campaign strategies within the Creative Studio.
  • Drive performance-driven creative development, continuously optimizing based on data.
  • Enhance creative workflow using AI-powered tools for ideation, research, and concept development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, growth, and content teams.
  • Translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies that convert.
  • Ensure creative output attracts and engages the right audiences through the funnel to drive commercial impact.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or a closely related field, ideally within B2B tech, SaaS, or data/insights companies.
  • A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and the connection between audience insight, creative output, and commercial results.
  • Proven ability to develop creative briefs that translate complex propositions into compelling creative concepts across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical instincts, comfortable reading performance dashboards and interpreting A/B test results.
  • Experience with AI tools in a creative workflow context (e.g., LLMs for ideation, visual AI for concept development, workflow automation).
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing in a B2B context.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate creative direction.
