What you will do
- Evolve hirify.global's visual identity across all touchpoints, including typography, color, illustration, photography, and motion.
- Maintain and build upon our design system, including components, styles, motion principles, and guidance.
- Design and iterate on our website to simplify complex ideas and enhance conversion.
- Own high-impact creative projects such as campaign work, product launches, and events.
- Lead visual direction for video and podcast content, including storyboarding, shoot planning, filming, and editing.
- Create materials that help us win on the biggest of stages, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and swag.
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience, with strong brand/marketing design experience (ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech businesses).
- A standout portfolio that demonstrates creative range (digital, campaigns, web, and storytelling); motion/video a big plus.
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, composition, and art direction.
- Experience building (or meaningfully contributing to) scalable design systems, templates, or brand toolkits.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video/motion tools (Premiere, After Effects, or similar).
- Strong communication skills to present work clearly, give and receive feedback well, and bring stakeholders along.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for events: booths, installations, physical brand moments.
- Strong motion skills, animation chops, or photography/art direction experience.
- Hands-on video experience: planning shoots, being behind the camera, and editing.
- Curiosity about AI in design and experience with tools like Midjourney, Runway, or AI workflows in Figma.
