What you will do

• Evolving hirify.global's visual identity as we grow into larger, more complex customers.
• Maintaining and building on our design system with components, styles, motion principles, and guidance that scales.
• Designing and iterating on our website to make complex ideas feel simple and conversion-friendly.
• Owning high-impact creative projects such as campaign work, product launches, and events.
• Leading visual direction for video and podcast content, including storyboarding, shoot planning, filming, and editing.
• Creating materials that help us win, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and swag.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience, with strong brand/marketing design experience (ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech businesses).
• A standout portfolio that demonstrates creative range in digital, campaigns, web, and storytelling; motion/video a big plus.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, composition, and art direction.
• Experience building scalable design systems, templates, or brand toolkits.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video/motion tools (Premiere, After Effects, or similar).
• Strong communication skills to present work clearly, give and receive feedback, and bring stakeholders along.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for events: booths, installations, physical brand moments.
• Strong motion skills, animation chops, or photography/art direction experience.
• Hands-on video experience: planning shoots, being behind the camera, and editing.
• Curiosity about AI in design and experience exploring tools like Midjourney, Runway, or AI workflows in Figma.
