Location: Hybrid role based in Utrecht, Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Build and optimize multi-channel ABM and performance strategies with agencies and country teams.
  • Turn HubSpot into a predictable revenue engine.
  • Translate data and insights into actionable next steps for marketing and sales.
  • Own and optimize HubSpot setup, workflows, reporting, and segmentation.
  • Develop and scale always-on ABM programs per segment, ICP, and country.
  • Improve conversion across the entire funnel and collaborate with country teams on target accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles.
  • Expertise in HubSpot (must-have).
  • Experience with paid media channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting) and data-driven optimization.
  • Comfortable with data enrichment tools, AI-driven insights, and automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive growth mindset for a dynamic, fast-scaling environment.

Nice to have

  • Dutch or German language skills.
