Senior Performance Marketing Executive (Fintech): Managing, optimizing, and reporting on marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, and other key channels with an accent on customer acquisition and efficient CAC:LTV. Focus on developing data-driven strategies, implementing structured experiments, and leveraging AI/automation for campaign effectiveness.
Location: Hybrid, London, United Kingdom. Flexible working options are available.

What you will do
- Execute and optimize campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Pmax, and other key channels.
- Provide key insights to help develop and drive strategy.
- Ensure all activity is tracked comprehensively and maintain accurate reporting.
- Provide clear and actionable recommendations by analyzing performance data.
- Set up and optimize workflows and integrations using tools like HubSpot and Zapier.
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, Sales, Data, and Compliance to ensure aligned acquisition.
Requirements
- 2-4 years hands-on experience executing and scaling high-performing Performance Marketing campaigns, ideally with a strong focus on Meta Ads and/or Google Ads within B2B or Fintech.
- Experience delivering robust test-and-learn programmes, with a specific focus on creative and user journey testing.
- Strong modelling and analysis skills using Excel and other analytics & visualization tools.
- Understanding of attribution, offline conversion tracking, and tagging.
- Familiar with HubSpot, Zapier, and basic no-code automation.
- Comfortable analyzing large datasets and implementing based on key insights found.
