TL;DR

Sales Director (Web3/Fintech): Winning and closing major deals with large financial institutions, banks, and fintech companies with an accent on complex buying processes and regulatory considerations. Focus on setting high standards for sales, building a strong office culture, and documenting successful sales processes for others to learn from.

Location: New York City (hybrid). You'll be a core part of our NY office and help set the tone for how we work.

hirify.global builds infrastructure to bring financial integrity to the crypto economy, powering accounting, reporting, and operational workflows for institutions and crypto-native organisations.

What you will do

  • Win and close major deals with large financial institutions, banks, and fintech companies, navigating complex buying processes.
  • Set the pace in the New York office, running in-person deal reviews and establishing a weekly rhythm.
  • Lead by example in finding new business through senior outreach, conference networking, and partner collaboration.
  • Document effective messaging, objection handling, and deal structuring for team learning.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to develop materials and campaigns for large accounts.
  • Maintain accurate deal visibility, explaining progress, risks, and resolution plans.

Requirements

  • 10 to 15+ years of experience selling complex software or data products to large businesses and financial institutions.
  • Strong track record of winning large deals and building lasting relationships with senior decision makers.
  • Ability to show up, set standards, and take work seriously without needing management.
  • Capacity to raise the performance of those around them, even without a formal management title.
  • Network across banks, fintech, and crypto firms in New York, or the ability to build one quickly.
