What you will do

  • Identify and open doors to new enterprise prospective accounts across the Americas.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales strategies for acquiring new accounts.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations for prospects.
  • Manage full-cycle commercial negotiations, including RFI/RFP processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine growth strategies for the Americas market.
  • Use tools like Hubspot and LinkedIn to track activity and forecast revenue.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in B2B Crypto, FinTech, or SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and managing complex sales cycles (6-12 months).
  • Strong knowledge of financial services, capital markets, and digital assets.
  • Experience selling to C-Suite executives and managing RFI/RFP processes.
  • Must be based in Miami or willing to work in a hybrid capacity.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies like MEDDICC.

Nice to have

  • Background in AML or compliance software sales.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
