TL;DR
Head Of Sales (Fintech): Driving growth across the market ecosystem by expanding the exchange member network and scaling the adoption of proprietary market data products. Location: Must be based in the US (Remote)
Compensation: $245,000–$305,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Acquire new exchange members and drive sales for proprietary market data products.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective member firms including broker/dealers and market makers.
- Convert prospects into members and deepen existing relationships in partnership with Business Development.
- Coordinate with Market Operations to ensure smooth, timely onboarding for new members.
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute awareness strategies targeting key market audiences.
- Represent the organization as a leader and ambassador at industry events and panels.
Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise sales or business development within financial services, trading, or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. equity market structure, including the roles of brokers, market makers, and institutional investors.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing deals with sophisticated counterparties.
- Experience operating cross-functionally across marketing, market operations, and leadership.
- Highly organized, metric-driven approach to pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Executive presence and ability to represent the company publicly.
