IT Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus; hybrid model with work from home and the office

Salary: EUR 25,600–40,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver software development and modernization projects across the full software development lifecycle.
• Control project scope, timelines, budgets, and change management.
• Lead cross-functional development teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks using Agile and Scrum practices.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve project impediments and support software quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of end-to-end IT project management experience, including software implementation across the full SDLC.
• Experience working with cross-functional and remotely located teams.
• Working knowledge of Agile approaches, tools, and techniques, including JIRA.

Nice to have

• Agile project management certification such as CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP.
• Requirements management experience using JIRA.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification.
• Experience with MS Office, MS Project, or AI in project management.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
