What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver live product demos to enterprise prospects.
  • Scope and design integration architectures, mapping hirify.global’s APIs to customer systems (ERPs, e-commerce).
  • Author technical sections for RFP responses and security questionnaires.
  • Build proof-of-concept integrations and prototypes to accelerate deal closure.
  • Translate complex buyer technical requirements into clear internal specifications for Product and Engineering.
  • Support enterprise customers through integration launch, troubleshooting API issues, and unblocking technical blockers.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
  • API fluency across RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows in enterprise software.
  • Strong communication skills to translate between technical and internal teams.
  • Exposure to enterprise sales cycles with large, complex buyers.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B payments, lending, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks) and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience working with or building on AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
  • Background in writing technical documentation, integration guides, or developer-facing content.
