What you will do

• Manage programs with budgets between £15m and £25m, ensuring strategic alignment and goal delivery.
• Provide exceptional program governance and drive change leadership across multiple business units.
• Oversee integration and delivery of program objectives, coordinating diverse teams.
• Engage with executive leadership to influence decision-making and drive program growth.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, including scenario planning and GP target management.
• Design technical solutions based on commercial, people, and technology considerations, applying AI insights.

Requirements

• 15-20 years of experience in leading complex global programs.
• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced change management and program governance.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with substantial account management.
• Proven track record in managing program complexities and delivering successful outcomes.
