Salary: $244,000—$292,829 USD

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional teams in a matrix environment to deliver projects.
• Design and implement program templates and playbooks for standardized program management.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, track changes, and manage program budgets.
• Coach team members, focusing on career growth and skill-building.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Executive Leadership regarding program health.
• Build relationships with Directors in Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure clear communication.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience across Software, Engineering, and Operations.
• Experience in growing and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to influence business priorities and navigate ambiguity.
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to independently develop ways to achieve broad strategic objectives.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven project management tools and data analytics.
