What you will do

• Ensure customer satisfaction by analysing questions/complaints and preventing future issues.
• Coordinate with close teams for the development and optimization of the service.
• Conduct client follow-up meetings with necessary information.
• Coordinate with product areas to ensure alignment of the service, including the definition of requirements and business model.
• Define necessary service reporting, ensure update needs, and monitor daily service KPIs.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Management or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Management or similar functions.
• Previous experience with Data Analysis (SQL, Power BI).
• Client-focused mindset and experience.
• Knowledge of Fraud will be highly valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
