What you will do

• Secure customer understanding and translate the customer voice into service category value propositions.
• Build and foster strong relationships with market organizations and key customers in the Cheese&Powder Business Stream.
• Monitor and analyze product performance and the delivery success/quality of service categories.
• Secure that technical guidelines and frameworks are updated to support business growth.
• Drive the execution of pilots in the region to expand the service solutions portfolio.
• Manage technical sales questions from the market regarding product performance and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineer, Food Tech, or Chemical Engineer.
• Some basic experience in the Food Industry.
• Basic knowledge or understanding of processing equipment.
• Proactiveness, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.
• Ability to work with an intercultural team.
• Must be based in Olsztyn, Poland, for a permanent position starting September 2026.
