What you will do

• Execute high-volume outbound strategies to acquire new business and land new logos.
• Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to co-sell, register deals, and drive revenue.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to protect and grow existing accounts.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery and technical validation to contract negotiation.
• Develop territory strategies to penetrate key accounts and expand hirify.global presence.
• Manage pipeline, quoting, and forecasting to meet or exceed quarterly targets.

Requirements

• Fluent English plus German, Polish, Slovak or Czech.
• 1–2+ years in tech sales or business development; cybersecurity experience a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in acquisition-focused roles.
• Strong presentation skills to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Self-motivated with hunter mentality and operational discipline.
