What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound strategies to acquire new business and land new logos.
- Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to co-sell, register deals, and drive revenue.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to protect and grow existing accounts.
- Lead full sales cycle from discovery and technical validation to contract negotiation.
- Develop territory strategies to penetrate key accounts and expand presence.
- Manage pipeline, quoting, and forecasting to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Fluent English plus German, Polish, Slovak or Czech.
- 1–2+ years in tech sales or business development; cybersecurity experience a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in acquisition-focused roles.
- Strong presentation skills to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Self-motivated with hunter mentality and operational discipline.
