What you will do

• Run the operational heartbeat for EMEA including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking.
• Be the operational partner for EMEA Sales and CS leaders for territory execution and capacity planning.
• Own the regional commercial workflow, including deal support, pricing, and approval processes.
• Drive pipeline quality and forecast accuracy across the region, delivering actionable insights.
• Act as the voice of EMEA, providing feedback to global RevOps on process friction, tooling gaps, and data quality issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Prior support experience with EMEA field teams, understanding the complexity of operating across markets.
• Proficiency in forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution.
• Ability to drive process adoption without creating bureaucracy.
• Strong communication skills to build trust with sales leaders and finance alike.
