Location: Hybrid (London) - 4 days a week in-office required

What you will do

  • Lead strategic client partnerships and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across technology and talent functions.
  • Own and expand key accounts by developing long-term growth plans and identifying new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and deliver go-to-market strategies.
  • Advise client organizations on capability building, workforce planning, and future skills development.
  • Oversee delivery quality and client satisfaction to ensure strategic objectives are met.
  • Represent the Academy as a thought leader in digital transformation and emerging talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within recruitment or consulting environments.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and talent acquisition challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • High level of commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office 4 days per week.

Hiring process
