What you will do
- Lead strategic client partnerships and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Own and expand key accounts, developing long-term growth plans and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and deliver go-to-market strategies.
- Influence talent strategy within client organisations, advising on capability building and workforce planning.
- Oversee delivery quality and client satisfaction, ensuring services meet strategic objectives.
- Represent hirify.global Academy externally as a thought leader in digital transformation and emerging talent.
- Mentor and support internal teams to ensure collaboration and commercial excellence.
Requirements
- Proven track record in client relationship management with 5+ years of experience, preferably in recruitment or consulting.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and talent acquisition challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build rapport at all levels.
- High level of commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments as a team player.
