TL;DR

Location: Remote within North America (United States and Canada). Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify).

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 OTE annually

What you will do

  • Own the overall strategy and roadmap for technology partnerships with key ISVs (e.g., Workday, NetSuite).
  • Define success metrics, build joint business plans, and drive go-to-market motions with partners.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and enable certified integrations.
  • Drive sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue through co-selling and account mapping.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner alliances teams, leading regular business reviews.
  • Act as an internal champion, educating sales and customer teams on partner value and building enablement playbooks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in alliances, business development, or technology partnerships within B2B SaaS, with a strong track record of driving revenue through strategic ISV or platform partners.
  • Direct experience and existing relationships with Workday and/or NetSuite in an alliances, sales, or technology partner capacity, including co-sell motions and certified integrations.
  • Proven ability to build new programs from scratch, operate in ambiguity, and iterate quickly with limited historical precedent.
  • Demonstrated success owning pipeline, revenue, and adoption goals tied to partner motions.
  • Strong executive presence and influencing skills to align with VP+ stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator, able to work effectively with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer teams.
  • Periodic travel (estimated 25%+) for partner meetings, conferences, and internal planning.
