Partner Executive (Sales): Winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with channel partners to achieve sales and profitability objectives with an accent on coordinating company resources and managing channel conflict. Location: Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days remote) in the United Kingdom.

What you will do
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key channel partners.
- Coordinate company resources (support, service, management) to meet partner objectives.
- Achieve assigned sales volume and strategic objectives for partner accounts.
- Lead joint partner planning, developing mutual performance and financial targets.
- Manage potential channel conflict and ensure partner compliance with agreements.
- Proactively recruit new qualifying partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience achieving sales quotas in designated partner accounts.
- Ability to create and follow up on partner account plans.
- High partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Strong prospecting and sales planning skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to work 2 days from the office and 3 days remotely each week within the United Kingdom.
