TL;DR

Sales Associate: Supporting experienced Enterprise and Strategic sellers in managing hirify.global's largest accounts with an accent on expanding relationships, driving growth, and generating new pipeline. Focus on supporting end-to-end sales cycle activities, executing expansion and cross-sell motions, and maintaining deal momentum.

Location: Hybrid: 2 days in office in London, United Kingdom, 3 days remote weekly.

What you will do

  • Expand relationships and drive growth by coordinating with Account Executives on strategic actions.
  • Support end-to-end sales cycle activities for existing opportunities.
  • Own and close right-sized opportunities to accelerate total account ARR.
  • Generate incremental pipeline through targeted outreach, re-engagement of dormant opportunities, and campaign-driven follow-up.
  • Increase deal size, velocity, and account penetration by executing expansion and cross-sell motions.
  • Maintain momentum between executive conversations by advancing procurement, legal, and technical threads.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ Grad Scheme or SaaS sales experience with a market-leading global enterprise SaaS provider, hyperscaler, or global consulting organization.
  • Experience in the end-to-end sales process including pipeline creation and deal closure.
  • Skilled in multi-threading conversations below the executive level and uncovering whitespace opportunities.
  • Comfortable managing parallel deal threads and accelerating deal cycles.
  • Strong collaboration skills to operate as an embedded partner to Account Executives.
  • Ability to execute growth-producing motions without drifting into administrative tasks.
