What you will do
- Hire, manage, and develop a diverse team of account executives.
- Lead and implement go-to-market strategies for sales territories.
- Build and maintain strategic customer relationships, acting as an advisor.
- Report on sales activity and provide forecasting to senior sales management.
- Drive and exceed your team's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead your team to effectively communicate the value proposition throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
- 15+ years of field sales experience with at least 3 years of management experience.
- Demonstrable experience executing enterprise complex sales strategies and tactics.
- Proven ability to independently manage and develop teams while closing seven-figure, multi-year contracts.
- Experience within Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and/or AI/ML spaces.
- A reputation for creating an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
- Ability to provide open, honest, and respectful feedback.
