Salary: $208,000–$273,000

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and hire technical delivery teams to meet customer goals and foster a high-performance culture.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight for customer engagements.
• Build and execute strategic business plans to achieve regional Services Delivery objectives and financial targets.
• Lead complex customer and partner engagements, acting as an escalation point for executive stakeholders.
• Standardize delivery processes and drive high levels of customer satisfaction and quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Resource Management, and partners to staff engagements and define new service offerings.

Requirements

• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
• Strong management consulting experience and skills.
• 15+ years of SD delivery experience, including expertise building and leading large teams (25+).
• Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technologies (e.g., hirify.global, Netezza, Teradata).
• Proven track record of building and leading highly technical teams.
• Executive stakeholder presence, both internal and external, with the ability to manage cross-functional SD teams and travel as needed.
