What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, ensuring predictable and high-quality outcomes.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and constraints across teams and stakeholders.
• Improve delivery processes and tooling, applying GenAI tools.
• Track and report delivery metrics, providing clear status and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-discipline stakeholders to align delivery and product outcomes with business objectives.
• Champion delivery direction and provide guidance to clients, coaching and mentoring teams.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of senior consulting experience, ideally across cloud and data disciplines.
• Strong understanding and experience with various agile delivery and project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, Nexus).
• Comfortable guiding multiple teams in multi-vendor environments.
• Experience defining AI delivery strategies, including governance and ethics.
• Proven ability to influence and manage executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and track record of account growth.
